Carroll County Nest

A free program that provides encouragement for parents through a rewards program. Carroll County Nest welcomes all expectant parents who reside in Carroll County. Their goal is to support and encourage expectant parents to improve their health and the health of their babies. Participants are encouraged to enroll during pregnancy but you can enroll after delivery.
