Rolling Hills Community Services Region

Linking individuals, families and communitiesto quality services and supports.

Welcome to the Rolling Hills Community Services Region

Due to HF2673, which eliminates the Mental Health and Disability Service Regions, Rolling Hills Community Services Region will close on June 30, 2025.  Starting July 1, 2025, a new system will take over, called the Administrative Service Organization (ASO) and Disability Access Points (DAP).  More information is available through the following link:  https://hhs.iowa.gov/initiatives/system-alignment

We are committed to ensuring access to high-quality, value-added community-based services for all eligible citizens within our communities. Our services encourage resiliency, stability and growth. We believe in the power of collaboration across our ten-county region in northwest Iowa. We work to strengthen partnerships within our provider network, resulting in the development of many core crisis services within our communities. Rolling Hills Community Services Region serves adults with mental health and intellectual disabilities and children with serious emotional disturbances.

We hope that you will find this website to be very useful as a resource connection and a link to our Coordinators of Disability Services who are available to assist you with navigating our system.
